The following terms govern your use of the Lucky Marketing Automations SMS messaging program. By opting in, you agree to these terms.
Lucky Marketing Automations
Lucky Marketing Automations sends SMS messages to customers who have opted in through our website or other authorized channels. Messages include: (1) appointment reminders and confirmations, (2) promotional offers and marketing updates, and (3) customer support responses. Message frequency varies based on your engagement and account activity.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the number that messaged you. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

- License: We retain a non-exclusive right to display completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.
- Account Ownership: You are responsible for maintaining ownership of your Google Business Profile, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, domain name, hosting accounts, and any other platforms used in the delivery of our services.
- All services are billed according to the terms in your signed service agreement or proposal.
- We operate on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. There are no long-term contracts.
- You may cancel services at any time with written notice (email is acceptable). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Refunds, if any, are governed by the specific service agreement.
Marketing results vary. While we work hard to drive results for every client, we cannot and do not guarantee specific outcomes — including but not limited to a specific number of leads, calls, conversions, search rankings, or revenue.
Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
